REGISTRATION

The registration fee covers attendance to all scientific sessions and one copy of the Programme Book. It also includes the cost of morning and afternoon coffee/tea and participation in all social functions (included conference dinner). Payment of the registration fee and the one night's hotel accommodation (see Accommodation under INFORMATION) should be made in Norwegian Krone (NOK).

Registration fee will be NOK 4500 with registration before February 15. 2019, and NOK 6000 after February 15. For students, the registration fee is NOK 2500. Registration fee for accompanying persons is NOK 1200.

Important! There are only limited number of rooms available at the hotel. Please register and book your accommodation as soon as possible, preferably before April 30. If you are not able to do so, indicate your willingness to participate by filling out the pre-registration form and sending it to registration@eohnano.com.

​Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat. In case of cancellation, the fee(s) minus 10% handling charge will be refunded, provided that the request for refunding is made before April 30. 2019. No refund of the registration fee can be made after this date.

If the symposium is cancelled by the organisers, fees already paid will be refunded. Further recourse is excluded.

General Conditions

Confirmation of registration will be sent to you when total payment has been registered. Payment for accommodation minus one night deposit and airport transfer should be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
